MSA SORDIN Supreme Pro MICH Headset 75305/10049802 MSA Sordin P/N 10049802/75305. High-Noise Headset, with boom microphone and quick-disconnect. Connector is 6-pin LEMO, pictured, and has a protective cap for when not in use. This is a noise-suppression headset with communication capabilities. The headset is packaged from the manufacturer and may be lightly coated with a protective powder residue. This headset is water resistant. It uses 2 AAA batteries which last typically 600 hours. The headset will start to beep when the battery life has less than 40 hours remaining. It features a 3-button operation; the front and rear buttons control the outside noise level and the middle button turns it on and off.This Sordin Supreme Pro is a noise-suppression headset that also contains two externally mounted microphones that pick-up/amplify ambient sound enabling the wearer to hear warning sounds, alarms, or other important information. Sound reproduction is limited to a maximum of 82dB in order to prevent hearing damage. The headband is green with woodland camouflage.The connector is a Lemo 6-pin connector. The headset is water resistant when used with a push-to-talk radio integration system. The MICH (modular integrated communication headset) provides interface capability with various military and other radio transceivers/intercom systems. The headset can be worn alone or under MSA’s Advanced Combat Helmet. Serious gamers have also used this headset with great success (requires a different/modified connector). This headset is also used extensively in law enforcement, road maintenance, railroad work, mining, and other areas where you need to hear surrounding sounds but also protect your hearing. It is an ideal headset for areas where guns are frequently discharged (shooting ranges). The cable and microphone can be cut off for shooting-only use.The Item comes in the original packaging.
