Due to its advanced design, the Roedale Muzzlebrake is definately one of the most efficient recoil reduction muzzle brakes available anywhere in the world. Which is probably the reason for the numerous attempts to copy it. The Roedale Muzzlebrake was develeoped to its optimum with the help of the University of Applied Science, Osnabrück-Germany. Copies of our brake do not have the scientific backing,are of a lower quality standard and are simply inferior. Purchasing direct from Roedale ensures you recieve the real thing.

The Roedale Muzzlebrake is Standard Equipment on the Roedale 110 / 119 Viper, RAPTOR, RH40 and all other Roedale Tactical Rifles.

M18x1 is a standard European and Scandinavian Suppressor / Muzzlebrake thread size and can be found on many rifles form several manufacturers.This Roedale Muzzlebrake fits  all rifles with an M18x1 thread such as the Sako TRG, Tikka T3 Tactical and many others.

Our Brakes are screwed onto the muzzle thread, are indexed or adjusted and then clamped in place with 2 screws. The brakes also come with an M3 screw mounted in the top of the brake, this is for the attachment of a Mirage Band. This M3 threaded blank hole can also be closed from the top with an M3 grubscrew (supplied) should you not wish to fit a Mirrage Band.

The Roedale Muzzlebrake reduces an honest scientificaly measured 50% of the recoil force transmitted to your shoulder. Many other manufacturers claim reduction levels far in excess of this, we however know that these wild claims are only guestimates and not scientificaly tested fact. We don't want to call anyone a liar, but having tested the best and most popular brakes available, scientificaly researched what works and what doesn't and the developed our brake accordingly, we don't believe anyone who claims thier brake reduces more than 50% of the recoil.

Finish: Standard finish is Phosphated ( Milspec dark grey colour).
